What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

In case of early arrival, if the room is already available, we will check you in early. If you arrive before check-in and the room is not yet ready, the beach spot and parking may not be immediately available.

For check-ins after 9:30 PM, please contact us so we can arrange your check-in according to your expected arrival time.

Check-out is between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

If you plan to leave before 7:30 AM, please let us know so we can advise you on the procedures to follow.

Late check-out must always be agreed in advance with reception, and a supplement is always charged for departures after 10:00 AM.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 days before the arrival date. From the seventh day onwards, in the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded. In the case of a credit card guarantee, in the event of cancellation from the seventh day onwards, the cost of the first night will be charged to the card.

Are pets allowed?

Pets (up to 10 kg) are allowed in the hotel for an extra charge of €8 per day, but they are not allowed in the dining room.

Pets are not allowed on our private beach, located about 30m from the hotel. We can book a beach spot for you, consisting of a sun umbrella and two sun beds, at BauBeach, a beach entirely dedicated to dogs, at a special rate of €12/day. BauBeach is located about 800m from our beach.

Owners will be held responsible for any damage caused by pets in the rooms and common areas of the hotel.

A telephone number is required so that owners can be contacted promptly if pets are left alone in their rooms and disturb other guests (for example, if the dog cries or barks).

Which meals are included and what are the meal times?

At our hotel, the price always includes breakfast. The breakfast buffet is open from 7:30 until 11:00.

You can always have lunch or dinner at another hotel we manage, located 30m from hotel Rex. The option to add lunch and dinner as extras is always subject to availability at the other hotel.

Any beverages ordered from the hotel bar are always subject to an additional charge.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards (except American Express), debit cards, checks, and cash as payment for your stay. Bank transfers are only accepted if they are instant.

For better internal organization, we ask guests to settle their bill the evening before departure.
